This dream is very Firefly-esque. My friend David and I were on a space craft with some other people. We had a case that originally contained two devices, but one was stolen. Our mission: retreive the stolen device. We learned that the devices generated supersonic vibrations at two conflicting wave lengths. When activated simultaneously, the conflicting vibrations would somehow distroy the world.
We landed the ship on the planet where we knew the missing device to be located. We mounted on gryphon type animals and flew off to the tower where the device was.

After we secured the device, we brought it back to the ship and my friend and I engadged in congradulatory celebrations.
